As an active member of PMArt, the Scientific Circle of Project Management at Warsaw University of Technology, I proposed the idea of updating their existing website design, which was initially created in 2009. The entire team embraced the idea, and I took the lead in its development.

Since the project was voluntary and lacked a budget, we refrained from setting particularly demanding tasks. The existing site was already running on the WordPress CMS. The main objectives were to choose a modern and adaptive free WordPress theme, customize it to align with the project's vision, and entirely reorganize the site structure. This included creating a new menu tree with old links, designing a more informative sidebar and footer, implementing a calendar of events in the sidebar, and integrating a Facebook group template.
